Heart Health Webinar with Dr. Harvey White, MD, FACC

Curiously, Disease is not some random occurrence that confronts humanity. In fact, Disease is highly conditioned by such factors as our genetics, life experiences, attitudes and not surprisingly, our habits. In fact, our habits, those day in and day out events which structure our lives, may be among the most important determinants of our Health.

Based on his 40 years and the field of Cardiology and amplified by his most recent experiences in preventive cardiovascular medicine, Dr. White will share some of his simple and yet profound observations about the importance of habits as a determinant of health.

He will include some examples of the detrimental outcomes of adverse habits as well as the salutary outcomes of positive habits. And he will focus on some simple ingredients for habit success – ones that will benefit our patients and ourselves alike. These may be lessons useful for any practitioner in the medical field.
