We’re so glad to have our community of health providers and practitioners. BodySite launched the BodySite Forum last month in order to facilitate fruitful conversations among providers/practitioners.

Coming Soon: Scheduling & Calendaring
As you know, you can already schedule visits in the Virtual Clinic using our integrated scheduling. Coming next month, you will be able to use BodySite’s scheduler/calendar to schedule and book non-Virtual Clinic visits and access a full calendar/agenda for you to see all your upcoming appointments.
You will have access to a full calendar right inside your BodySite account where you will be able to see your appointments by Day, Week, or Month. On your calendar, you will be able to click to create a New event and specify the location (virtual clinic, phone call, in-office or even your own custom location). Once your appointment is created, you can invite patients and/or team members to your scheduled event and they will receive the invite email as well as all appropriate reminders for the event.
Use the Agenda feature to see all of your upcoming appointments right on the Dashboard of your account. Using BodySite’s new scheduler, you will be able to schedule on behalf of patients or patients can self-schedule to book appointments with you. You will be able to turn scheduling on or off for certain events so patients don’t automatically have access to all appointment-types, or you can turn of patient-booking completely. The primary account holder or those marked as “Admins” will be able to schedule appointments for other team members too. By integrating your calendar, you can block off things on your calendar if you wish and it will block off inside of BodySite as well.
Scheduling & Calendaring Pricing
Scheduling & Calendaring will only be available to clients at the Gold tier paying $199 monthly. Innovations such as these take significant dollars and in order to provide this new calendar function, we have to take on a cost per user each month. To accommodate this change in pricing and continue to make more upgrades like this possible, we are only able to make Scheduling & Calendaring available to those at Gold for $199. Please email info@bodysite.com if you’d like to go ahead and get your account switched over to take advantage of this new feature when it goes live!
BodySite’s Referral Program
BodySite has a new referral program that will give you the ability to earn passive income, even while you sleep! Tell your colleagues about BodySite and earn a 25% commission every month on all referrals, for as long as you subscribe.
To refer colleagues to us, do the following:
- Click on the blue heart icon on the dashboard of your account
- That will generate your unique referral ID
- Send emails directly to your colleagues through the platform or personally email/text your colleagues your unique referral ID
- When they use your referral ID, you’ll receive a 25% commission each month for their subscription
