Alerts + Reminders = Patient Compliance

BodySite exists to empower health care professionals to provide better care through digital health guidance. As you push content to your patients or clients, they can push data and information back to you, including body metrics, food eaten, activities and more.

The Body Tracker is a powerful tool that enables you to monitor your patients’ progress while they are under your care. So while it is easy to get in every day to monitor your patients’ data and information, BodySite wanted to give you an even easier way to be alerted if your patient has tracked something out of a range chosen by you OR if your patient has NOT tracked something you have told them to. Set your range and specified time period, and start getting alerts via email and right on the Patients tab.

It is all available to customize under Settings > Alerts & Reminders

Step 1 – Under Alerts & Reminders, select the Preferred Log Range for your entire patient database (you can also customize it for each patient which we will cover in Step 3). If any of your patients or clients log a Body Metric out of the range you have specified, you and your staff will be notified via email.

Step 2 – Would you like to know when your patients have NOT logged something during a certain range of time? Select the range (or don’t; these steps are all optional), and if a patient has not logged that metric during the time period you chose, you and your staff will be notified via email.

Step 3 – You’re probably wondering, and the answer is YES, you can customize this for each patient. Go into their individual patient profile under the Patients tab and select “Tracking” then “Body”.

Step 4 – Under the Track Body tab, you are able to customize both the Log Range and the notification time range for every metric and for every patient. Change the range and time period to whatever you would like, select “Save Changes” and you’ll be good to go!

Use this simple Alerts & Reminders functionality to provide better care, foster better patient compliance, and track patients’ progress in real time. Have a patient that needs to be monitored closely? Want to increase patient compliance? Tell them you have these alerts ON and try it free today!
