BodySite exercise library

BodySite's new exercise library. Any motion you want.

Do patients know how to do that exercise, stretch or movement when they get home? They will now.

Request an exercise

You show a patient an exercise. They nod. They go home.

By the time they're on the living room floor, they're not sure if it was ten reps or ten seconds, or which way their knee was supposed to point. A paper handout doesn't help much. Neither does "do the thing I showed you."

When patients don't know how to do the movement, they either do it wrong or don't do it at all. Either way, the plan you built doesn't happen at home.

Even worse, they ask ChatGPT or Google it, then do the wrong exercise or do it wrong. Let's fix that.

A new format for every exercise

BodySite's existing library of over 400 exercises is about to grow and change. We're rebuilding all of our exercises in a new format: AI-generated, physically accurate movement demonstrations your patients can follow at home.

Exercises are demonstrated by male and female models, sometimes both side by side, so every patient can see movements done by someone whose body looks more like their own.

And it all works the way BodySite already works. You add exercises to a program, care plan or task, and your patient sees the demonstration in their app on the day they're supposed to do it.

And if you don't like our format, model or method, just tell us. We'll make one you like. Today.

Anything you want. No limit. No cap.

We want to build every exercise you can think of, so you can assign them in your care plans. If it's not in the library, tell us and we'll build it in the new format. There's no charge. You can also build complete fitness, wellness and mobility programs.

Not sure where to start? Look here:

✓
The handout you still print. If you give patients a paper sheet of home exercises, every one of those can live in the app with a demonstration instead.
✓
Your signature protocol. The specific stretch, sequence or progression you're known for, built the way you teach it.
✓
Equipment you send home. Bands, balance pads, foam rollers, vibration plates: the movements that go with the gear.
✓
Strength basics for weight-loss patients. Patients losing weight, especially on GLP-1s, need to protect their muscle. Simple resistance work at home is where that starts.
✓
Progressions and regressions. The easier version for week one and the harder version for week six.

How it works

1

Tell us the exercise

A name, a description, how you cue it, or a link to a video of someone doing it.

2

We build it

In the new format, with male and female models.

3

Assign it

It goes into the library, ready for any program, care plan or task.

Request an exercise

Tell us what to build.

One exercise or twenty. Put one per line in the request box.

Free. No limit. We'll let you know when your exercise is ready.

Not on BodySite yet?

Send your request anyway. BodySite is the patient app, care plans, education, messaging, booking and charting for 5,000+ providers, and your exercises will be waiting when you start.

Questions

Does it cost anything?

No. We build requested exercises at no charge, for current BodySite providers and for practices on a free trial.

Is there a limit?

No limit. No cap. Ask for as many as you use.

What should I send?

The name of the exercise is enough to start. Cues, the starting position, a reps or hold guideline, or a link to a video help us build it the way you teach it.

Can I use my existing exercises?

Yes. The current library stays available while we rebuild it in the new format.

Where do patients see the exercises?

In the BodySite patient app, inside the program, care plan or task you assign, on the day it's due.

Send me the exercise you explain the most. That's the one to start with.
