Good to know
Apple requires a $100/year developer account. As soon as you order, we’ll send instructions to set it up. It requires a DUNS number for your business (from Dun & Bradstreet). If you don’t have one, we can assist with both the developer account and the DUNS number — the process is typically straightforward.

A white-labeled app runs the same BodySite platform your practice already uses — tracking, messaging, care plans, and education — just under your name, your icon, and your colors. Same power, your brand.
See the patient appYes — in all cases. The white-labeled app and custom buttons run on top of an active BodySite platform subscription; there has to be an underlying BodySite plan for the app to run on. They aren’t a standalone app or a one-time purchase that works on its own.
No — and we won’t take it personally. You can run BodySite with your web portal branded and have your patients use the standard BodySite app at no additional charge, if that’s your preference. White labeling is simply for practices that want their own app, under their own name, in the app stores.
It’s free when you pay for the year on an annual BodySite plan. Otherwise it’s a one-time $1,999 setup. Either way, a $25/month maintenance fee keeps your app continuously updated for as long as your subscription is active.
We re-skin the app inside and out for both iPhone and Android — your own app listing, icon, name, and description in the Apple App Store and Google Play, plus all of your BodySite programs. Just provide your logo and we’ll help with the icon and splash image.
A custom button links from your app to any website you choose — like your supplement store or booking page. Up to 3 are included with a white-labeled app, or you can add them à la carte for $100 per button on your BodySite app. A white-labeled app is not required.
