When it’s ready, you choose how it begins. Create the subscription and email the patient a link to enter their own payment and activate — or, if you have a card on file (or the patient’s right in front of you), take the first payment on the spot and start it immediately.

Your cancellation terms, enforced

Require advance notice to cancel — you set the window and the wording. Patients see it at signup and again when they hit cancel, along with your phone number, and the upcoming payment still runs. Then set it once and step back: BodySite holds the subscription open through your notice period, lets the final scheduled payment go through, and closes it out on the day it’s due — automatically, no cancellation math on your end.
