BodySite’s programs include photos, recipes, videos, exercises, actionable tasks, and more depending on the protocol. You can add your own content to our template plans or create your own programs from scratch.

NEWEST PROGRAMS

The MIND Diet: BodySite’s newest automated plan will guide your patients through a practical brain-healthy eating plan that will help reduce the risk of cognitive decline and/or dementia. It’s a combination of the Mediterranean diet and the DASH diet with a goal of creating dietary habits that have a focus on brain health. If you haven’t seen it yet, go check it out in your account! The Mediterranean Diet for Diabetes Program: If you haven’t seen it yet, BodySite launched an automated plan that will educate your patients on the basics of type 2 diabetes and heart health all while supplying your patients with the nutrients they’ll need to help manage their blood sugar. The 30 Days of Sleep Hygiene Program: If you missed it, we launched a program that patients can follow to develop their own set of healthy sleep habits that will help them achieve their goal of proper sleep hygiene. The Pillars of Health Plan: BodySite now has an education program that gives patients meaningful information on the four pillars of health along with some helpful tips in order to find a good balance of nutrition, exercise, relaxation, and sleep.
