How to Set Up Rupa Health on BodySite
(1) Log in to your BodySite and go to Settings > Platform Settings.
(2) Under Third-Party Integrations, click +Add my Rupa Health Account and follow the steps to sync.
(3) Once you’re connected, go to Patients and click on any patient record then select Labs.
(4) Select +New Lab Order to order labwork for your patient.
(5) Once you’re back in your BodySite account, you’ll be able to see the order and quickly determine a patient’s lab status at a glance.
(6) Once the results are in, you’ll receive PDFs of all results right inside of BodySite.

Once Lab Results Are In
Once a patient’s lab results are in, they will be uploaded to BodySite automatically via the integration and providers will have access to PDFs of all lab results. The next step would be to evaluate the results.
Providers can then schedule a telehealth visit inside of the BodySite Virtual Clinic to discuss the patients results, determine next steps and answer any questions that patients have about their care using a HIPAA compliant video and messaging communication system.
Once you discuss your patient’s results, you’re going to want to assign them an action plan. But gone are the days of simply giving them a one page handout that they could throw away. Instead, you can equip them with a comprehensive daily care plan to help them reach their goals. Providers can prescribe plans ranging from generic healthy lifestyle programs to condition-specific protocols.
For example, based on factors in your patient’s labwork, you may find that prescribing a patient a 30 Day Sleep Hygiene program would be a great way to help them with their sleep issues.
