Here’s how the content creation process works:

 

#1: Let’s get to know each other! 🎨

We’d love to get to know you a little more before we start creating your custom care plan for you. During our initial call, we’ll talk a little more about you. What’s your niche? What are you passionate about? What would you like to see reflected in your custom care plan? And of course, we’ll talk a little more about the fine-tune details. How long do you want your care plan? What type of content/resources do you have available for us already? What forms of media do you want included in your plan? This step is critical in the process as it ensures that we, the platform experts, are on the same page as you, the subject expert. It’s essential in us working together to effectively create your care plan.

Want to use one of our plans but make it your own? Maybe some of the guidance isn’t what you’d personally recommend to your patients? We can customize our plan to fit your practice’s needs!

Don’t Have A Program Yet? We’ll Build It For You!

Don’t have a plan in place? No problem! Provide us with any materials you’d like us to incorporate and we can work with you to build a customized plan to use with your patients in your account.

#2: Shake hands 🤝

Right after step #1, we’ll ask you to send over all materials you already have available for us to build into your program including handouts, printed guides, videos, photos… you get the picture. Anything you have for your plan should be sent to us! During step #2, we’ll review all of your materials in order to create a clear path for building out your plan. We’ll touch base about any final pieces we might need from you and ask any of our follow up questions.

 

#3: Production phase ⚙️

After reviewing all of your materials, we’ll let you know the projected timeline and cost associated with the curation of your custom plan. We’ll start production after you’ve paid the content creation deposit. We’ve built an easy 1-2-3 process so that you can think less about the actual creation of your plan and more about the implementation of it with your patients/clients. It’s a hassle-free process that saves you both time and energy.
