BodySite iOS App Updates for Patient Files and More
iOS patient app update
But wait… there’s MORE.
If you’ve opened the patient version of the BodySite iOS app recently, you probably noticed it looks cleaner, sharper, and more modern.
Today’s update introduces a redesigned MORE tab — a simple command center where patients can manage files you share, complete intake forms, view media, and quickly access support.

Media
Photos and videos, organized in one place
Engagement improves when patients can see their journey. The updated Media experience makes it easier for patients to store and revisit meals, progress photos, and shared content from their care team.

Whether patients are keeping track of meals they ate, progress photos, or even just ideas, all of their pictures are easily stored and accessible in easy-to-use albums.
By default, patients have a separate album for any photos you share with them. Patients can also decide which photos to keep private or share with the care team, making the media folder feel more about them as a person and not just a patient record.

Files
Clinical documents patients can actually find
The updated Files experience gives patients fast access to labs, care summaries, and important documents in a clean, readable format.

Patients have access to a full list of the documents they have uploaded in addition to the files you're sharing with them, making the Files section feel less clinical.
At the same time, it's the easiest way for patients to immediately open and review that latest lab report or shared file from your team.

Forms & Surveys
Intake that happens before the visit
Assigned forms and surveys are now presented in a clearer, more patient-friendly way, helping improve completion rates and reduce front desk bottlenecks.

Help & Support
Support is now built into the experience
Patients can now find help directly from inside the app without searching emails or leaving the experience.
