BodySite’s New Content Management System = Amazing Digital Health Guidance

Did you ever want to create beautiful wellness and care protocols for your patients but thought it was too time consuming?

Well look at this! You can now build content in minutes using BodySite’s new content management system (CMS). If you are a current client and have not seen the new CMS, log in now to check it out. The upgrade includes the ability to type text by default, click (instead of drag and drop) functionality, editing objects (Meals, Exercises, etc) in place, and so much more. (1) When creating new plans, by default, there will be a text box to start typing up your plan.

(2) Use either +Add Plan Day Content (“Add Content”) buttons to add an object (Meal, Photo, Video, Exercise, Text or Note) below your first object.

(3) Select the appropriate type of content you would like to add to your program from the options listed.

(4) In this example, we chose Add Meals. Scroll through the list of objects and simply click to add the content to your program.

(5) The object will automatically dump onto your program screen when you click it (no more dragging and dropping!) Click the blue “hamburger” icon to edit, add content below, clone, or to use another quick tool.

(6) Below, you will see an orange box wrapped around “Edit Object”. You got that right! You can now edit Recipes (and Exercises) RIGHT on the program screen. No more going into the Recipes library to locate the recipe or exercise you want to edit.

(7) The system will immediately open an Edit Recipe page for you to make your edits.

(8) AND, when you’re done making your edits, you get to choose if you want your changes to apply to ALL instances of the recipe or just the one in question.
