Updates to Patient Management Tools to Improve Practice Workflow

BodySite’s latest updates are designed to streamline patient care, improve data management, and give providers more control over patient plans and engagement tools. From smoother content customization to improved patient records, these features simplify your daily tasks and will save you time.

BodySite is a digital health platform designed to help healthcare providers streamline patient education, engagement, and management. With tools for building custom care plans, tracking patient progress, and automating communications, BodySite empowers providers to deliver personalized, consistent care while saving time on daily tasks.

No time to watch? No worries. Here’s a breakdown of what we shared in our latest Feature Focus video.

 1. Enhanced Patient Enrollment & Records

  • New Data Fields: Providers can now add a patient’s phone number and date of birth during enrollment, making it easier to contact patients and verify information.
  • Improved Demographics Section: Important patient details, like date of birth and phone number, are now easily accessible and editable in the patient record.

2. Patient Tagging for Better Organization

  • Customizable Tags: Providers can now tag patients with personalized labels (e.g., “coffee drinker,” “pet owner”) to group and filter them based on unique traits or preferences.
  • Efficient Search & Filter: Quickly locate patient groups by searching for specific tags, allowing for more tailored communication and care.

3. Upgraded Plan Content Flexibility

  • Add Content Anywhere: Providers can now insert new content at any specific day in the plan, rather than only at the end, making mid-program adjustments easy.
  • Instant Video Uploads: No need to navigate to the video library; videos can now be added directly to a plan with a new in-view search feature, cutting down setup time.

 4. Improved Forms and Surveys Organization

  • Tabbed Layout: Forms and surveys now display in a cleaner layout, with separate tabs for completed, assigned, and pending forms.
  • Focused View: A new default toggle ensures providers only see their specific forms and surveys, eliminating irrelevant items and making navigation smoother.

5. Photo Uploads to Patient Records

  • Photo Gallery: Providers can upload photos directly to patient records, which patients can view in a new “Photos Shared by [Practice Name]” album, enhancing the visual component of patient progress.

6. Detailed Food Tracking Insights

Daily Food Data: Providers can now view detailed food tracking data for individual dates, enabling a closer look at patient habits and dietary impact on health.

7. Default Task Completion Flexibility

Past Task Access: Past task completion is now enabled by default, letting patients check off tasks they may have missed, which can reduce support requests and improve patient satisfaction.

With these updates, BodySite continues to provide tools that simplify patient management and foster personalized care. We’re committed to making your experience smoother, and we’d love to hear your feedback. For questions or suggestions, reach out to team@bodysite.com
