Bulk Upload, Assign and Message
Some of the best things come in small sizes, but some of the greatest things come in BULK. That’s why Costco exists. This past week, we launched 3 brand new bulk features on BodySite to make managing patient care easier and more efficient for your practice:
(1) Bulk Upload
(2) Bulk Assign
(3) Bulk Message
(1) Bulk Upload
You can now upload your entire patient contact list using a basic spreadsheet. Go Patients and click on “Upload a list of Patients”:
This is not a drill. . . in literally 1 minute you can have all of your contacts uploaded into your BodySite account. Don’t worry, the system won’t duplicate records so if your sheet contains email addresses associated with patients that already have a BodySite account, the upload will simply skip that record.
Immediately after your entire list is uploaded, you can put ALL of them on the same care plan all at once. Maybe you want to put them on our Evergreen Wellness or Welcome to Wellness program? Is there a diet you want all of them doing or a beginner exercise plan? You could even create a “Welcome To Our Practice” program that provides helpful information about getting integrated with your practice. Those are just some ideas.
Don’t worry, you can also skip this step if you would like to. Just get them into your patient list and you can make their program decision later. I’ll tell you why. . .
(2) Bulk Assign
In your My Plans library, you will find a new button “Assign Plan” in the Menu dropdown of your plans. We’re not joking. It is actually this good. Right from your Plans you can assign any of your Available programs to one, a few, or all of your patients ALL AT ONCE. Just click the blue icon, select assign plan and choose the recipients.
When you add the program to your patients’ accounts, they will immediately get an email that they’ve got a new program!
(3) Bulk Message
Introducing BodySite Messenger™ – the simple way to send a mass message to some or all of your patients at the same time. We’ve given “Messages” a major overhaul so you can communicate so much more, and so much more easily with your patients and your staff.
A new Compose Message button has been added inside your “Messages” center and as a shortcut on your new dashboard.
Choose from three separate options: (1) Search for a patient or team member to send a message to one or a few people at once. (2) Use the brand new “All Patients on a Plan” to send a message to all patients on a particular plan. (3) Or, choose “Everyone” to send mass messages, announcements or motivations to your team, entire patient population or everyone associated with your practice (patients and team members)
