HIPAA-Compliant Notifications/Alerts

  1. Notifications alerts for new documents, messages and account activation

  3. Launched Patient Alerts for out-of-range metrics. Provider and staff can opt for ALERTS if their patient(s) have tracked a metric out of a range specified by themselves
  4. Launched patient alerts for noncompliance. IF patients are NOT tracking, immediately get notified if your patient has NOT tracked something you have told them to during a certain period of time.

Patient Care and Communication 

  1. Created EveryDayRx™ – a way to further customize lifestyle instructions for each patient or client. In addition to the diet, exercise, mindfulness, lifestyle or other plan that you’ve assigned to your patient or client, use EveryDayRx to assign advice with videos, photos, exercises, meals and instructions of any kind, right on the patient’s account in seconds. This is care information that is available to them every single day, regardless of what program they are following.
  2. Deploy plan button added in oder to deploy programs to one, a few, or all patients right from the My Plans tab
  3. Mass messaging to one, a few or entire patient population. Send announcements, motivations or other mass messages to all of your patients, all at the same time.

Integrations

  1. Implement Wistia Integration in order add videos from host along with YouTube and Vimeo
  2. Finalized and optimized integration the with Fullscript (the smart online dispensary) in order for providers to be able to recommend supplements to patients right on BodySite along with their care information and program
  3. Add the Canadian database for Fullscript integration
  4. Implemented Integration with Innotech scale which measures weight, body fat, water, muscle mass, BMI, BMR, visceral fat, bone mass, and protein.

Notifications / Alerts

  1. Created a new alert for providers to get notified when a patient’s plan is almost over. The provider will be notified 7 days out as well as on the day of
  2. Added ability for providers to dismiss all alerts for all team members and also for all patients with one click
  3. Create a new patient compliance alert called Progress Plateau. This alert can be used to get notified if the patient has stalled in their progress i.e. the patient hasn’t lost any weight in one week
  4. Created new compliance alert called Kudos. The kudos alert allows the provider to set what change they want (a gain or loss of any amount) per body metric and optionally create custom messages to be sent to the patient as a private message when the desired change occurs.
  5. Created new compliance alert called Oops. This alert allows the provider to set what change they don’t want and optionally create custom messages to be sent to the patient as a private message when the undesired change occurs (i.e. when the patient gains weight, they may want to send a message like “it’s okay! keep going.”
  6. Added the option to send the patient compliance alerts for out of range, failure to track, progress plateau, kudos and oops to patients as well as providers/staff accounts

Content Creation Engine Updates

  1. Added the ability to self upload videos (.mp4 or .mov files) to BodySite instead of using another host like YouTube
  2. Added new formatting options for photos including full width pictures (as well as justified left with text and justified right with texts)
  3. Optimized the display of videos as full width for emails, app and the web
  4. Updated the +Add Content Modal and the speed for the loading of content within the modal
  5. Upgraded the formatting of daily emails for more aesthetically appealing emails including padding and responsiveness for all email types
  6. Implemented the ability to copy plan day objects on programs to other days on a plan with just a few clicks (for example: want to add a footer to every day of the plan? now you can!)
  7. Developed a new setting for an “app theme” for programs. The app theme includes the ability to add a program-specific logo as well as button colors that reflect in the app.
  8. The upgrades listed above encompassed our launch of our new Content Creation Engine brand, Welle™

Patient Management Updates

  1. Added the ability to assign plans from the My Plans tab rather than just from the Patients page
  2. Added the ability to upload list of patients using CSV file
  3. Created a new start date option to have the program start the day patient activates instead of just a concrete date option
  4. Stemming from the above upgrade, BodySite added a feature where day one’s content would be sent the day the patient activates, even if the Daily Email routine has already run for that day
  5. Added ability for provider to download a CSV of all their patients’ email addresses currently on BodySite
  6. Developed three new reporting options: the office snapshot, patient snapshot and patient progress tracking report:
    • The Office Snapshot gives you a breakdown of all of the activity over any given period of time including the number of activations, number of foods tracked, change in weight amongst all patients, and more
    • The Patient Snapshot is a dump of all of the data for one given patient. This report includes the plan the patient is on, all of their body metrics, all of the activities, journal entires, etc. The patient snapshot is everything you need to know about the patient and can be generated for any period of time. Save this report as a PDF or print it.
    • The Patient Progress Tracking report includes a breakdown for each body metric. For example, it for Weight the report will include every patient who has tracked weight during the period of time you indicate. The report will include the first name, email, starting weight, current weight, most recent change in weight (the last two logs), and total weight change (first to last). This report can be printed or saved as a CSV file for further analytics.

BodySite E-Commerce Updates

  1. Implemented two monthly subscription options: monthly subscription to the platform or monthly subscriptions for a particular program
  2. Added a self enrollment option (ability to enroll into a program for free) without the need to integrate Stripe
  3. Implemented the ability to charge a patient for a plan with his/her stored credit cards. The card will be stored after the first purchase. Their card shouldn’t be charged without authorization from them through an agreement or an established contractual relationship.
  4. Changed the payment processing fee from 11.5% to 6.5%
  5. Implemented selling “static” plans. Static programs are those made available to a provider via a doctor group who has built content on BodySite. If a doctor group makes an un-editable (“static”) program available to a provider, the provider can now sell those programs to their patients if the doctor group gives permission for them to do so.

Content Upgrades

  1. Created new assessments / questionnaires including the Brain Health and Nutrition Assessment Form (BHNAF), Metabolic Assessment Form (MAF), Neurotransmitter Assessment Form (NTAF), Physical Activity Readiness (PAR-Q), Thyroid Questionnaire and the Weight Loss Roadmap Questionnaire
  2. Created new lifestyle programs including the Plant Based Diet, Vegan Plant Based Diet, Intermittent Fasting Programs, and the Weight Loss Roadmap
  3. Created videos for patient education on topics related to Inflammation, Sugar, Fats and more

Tasks, To Dos and Progress

  1. Launched new Task and To Do feature:
    • Tasks are now a new object able to be added to programs
    • Tasks can be created to be completed on specific days of a plan (meaning on day 3 do X) or they can be completed within certain days of a plan (not specific to one day; i.e. “sometime this week”).
    • Ability to make biometrics, activities, biometric goals, journal entries (and prompts), private messages, personal information, setting of calorie goals, and account log ins as tasks
    • Implemented the ability to create custom tasks by writing in the field something like “Take your multivitamin”
  2. Created a new To Dos and Progress tracking page for both the patient and provider to track the patient’s completed to dos, unfinished tasks, and weekly progress. These can be broken down by plan if they are on more than one plan.
  3. Ability to make plan objects (videos, notes, and exercises) to-dos for the patient

Miscellaneous Updates

  1. Added billing tab to Provider accounts in order to manage billing and payments inside of the account
  2. Added new answer types for surveys and assessments
  3. Created new “wait” gif instead of spilling wheel of death
  4. Developed a new dashboard layout for patient profiles from the provider side
