BodySite Launches Team Discussions for Easy Intra-Office Communication and Practice Management

BodySite launches a team discussion board that will help increase productivity and make intra-office communication easier than ever! 

Communicating with your staff was just made a whole lot easier with BodySite’s new feature: Team Discussions. All you have to do is log into your BodySite account and you’ll be able to communicate with your staff right on your dashboard. 

Effective communication between you and your staff stimulates effective teamwork and develops continuity and clarity within the patient care team. At its finest, good communication fosters teamwork, collaboration, and helps prevent errors.

Communicating effectively with your staff can prove to be beneficial for both you and your patients, so it’s important to make sure that everyone is staying in touch. While good intra-office communication helps increase the efficiency of day-to-day operations, it will also help everyone in the office to give better care to your patients. Communication errors can cause the needs of your patients to not be fulfilled which isn’t good for you or your patients. 

Fortunately, BodySite will make effective communication much easier for you and your staff to achieve. You’ll be able to care for your patients better than ever once you start using the new team discussions feature. We recognize that intra-office communication may be difficult at times when there is a lot going on. However, the team discussions feature will help make remote communication regarding your patients or anything related to your practice’s use of BodySite as simple as can be.

To use this new feature, just log into your BodySite account. The team discussion feature will be right on your dashboard for you to start communicating with your staff. Your messages to each other will be the first thing both you and your staff see whenever you log in. 

This feature will be especially helpful when it comes to taking care of your patients that are on different care plans or any tasks that relate to your team’s use of BodySite. Keeping up with their needs and which staff members are doing what throughout their plans can surely be overwhelming at times, but the team discussion board will allow everyone to effectively communicate what is going on with each patient and what needs to be done. 

Once you’ve posted a message on the team discussion board, you have the ability to edit the post or delete the post if needed. Editing the post can be useful if you need to change, add, or remove something that needs to be done or even if you’ve simply made a typo. If a staff member posts that they’ve completed what needs to be done, you can delete the post or add a note that it has been completed.
