How It Works for Patients

Both Fullscript Labs and Rupa simplify lab testing for patients. After a provider recommends a test, they’ll seamlessly guide patients through the process, from payment to receiving results. Options include at-home collection with specialty labs or blood draws at locations like Quest Diagnostics.

Step 1: Recommendation and Ordering

  • A provider recommends a lab test through Fullscript or Rupa.
  • Patients receive an email with a link to view and pay for the test.

Step 2: Choosing Sample Collection

  • Quest Diagnostics: Visit a Quest Patient Service Center or schedule an at-home draw with Getlabs.
  • Specialty Labs: Receive at-home test kits from labs like Precision Analytical (DUTCH), Genova, and others.
  • Labcorp: Used for specific blood draws via DHA Laboratory and Access Labcorp Draw.
  • Independent Phlebotomists: Book with an independent phlebotomist where available.
