BodySite Coffee Break January 25, 2023

On January 25, 2023 John, CEO of BodySite and Katrina, VP of Operations shared about the latest upgrades to the BodySite platform as well as some of what’s coming in 2023.

If you missed the webinar or would like to rewatch, you can view the recording below:

Patient Groups, Coming Soon

  • You will be able to create groups of patients within your account. i.e. all patients on a specific plan, all patients in general, or just specific ones that you select
  • You can create as many groups as you’d like
  • Patients will be able to post a message and other patients will be able to chime in and comment/reply
  • You and your staff will be able to monitor the group and chime in as well

Telemedicine Virtual Clinic Updates

  • You were always able to edit the Virtual Clinic description, which someone sees when they get to your Virtual Clinic
  • Now you can customize the waiting room text—what they see once they check in for a visit
  • This is another great way to personalize your patients’ experience with your practice

Forms/Surveys

  • You can now re-order questions and sections
  • You can easily share results with the patients
  • You can make private notes on the forms/surveys as you review patient responses

One of our clients asked us during the Coffee Break about a way for people to fill out a form publicly without them having to manually be added to the platform first. At first our response was that this is something coming soon. While that is true, after the call our team determined a current workaround we wanted to share here:

  1. From your account, go to Plans and create a new plan.
  2. The plan only needs to be 1-day, but it can be longer if you want it to be.
  3. Add the form/survey to the plan by clicking “Add Assigned Forms/Surveys” and then selecting the form you’d like to add.
  4. Consider adding a message in the available text box such as: “Congratulations on taking the first step in your health journey. Please fill out all sections of the assigned form so our practice has all of the information we need to pick the best care plan for you and your health.”
  5. Make sure to save your changes.
  6. Once you’re done, you can choose the “Get Public Link” option to generate a link for someone to enroll into this “plan.”
  7. Since the plan has the form on it, by enrolling into the plan, it will automatically assign them the form to fill out and with the app update coming next month (below), they will even be able to fill out that form in the app!
