Auto/Self-Enrollment: For Free or For Sale

That’s right! You can now mark your plans for FREE or FOR SALE. Do you want to send your patients the link to a plan (or your entire list of plans) so that they can sign up and automatically be enrolled, using less of your time? Want to be able to pick and choose which link you send which patient based on their membership level in your practice? Now you can!

*Note: Make sure to set up your Stripe account under Settings (if you are looking to charge for your plan). Click here for a video that will help you do that.

STEP 1 – Go to the Settings of the plan you want to offer remotely to patients, whether for free or for a price. Be sure that your plan is in AVAILABLE mode. If the plan is in draft mode, click that button to go live.

STEP 2 – Select “Sell to Patients” to mark the plan for sale to patients/clients.

STEP 3 – Once you’re in the “Sell” to patients box (shown below), you can either offer the plan for free with a remote link to provide to patients, or for sale at any price.  Either way, choose Sell to Patients first.  If you want to offer it for a price, put your price in the box with the $ sign and click submit. If you want to mark it as FREE, select the blue “Set a Price” toggle and it will switch to Offer for Free.

STEP 4 – When you click the “Set a Price” toggle, it will switch to “Offer For Free” and the retail price section will auto-fill with $0 (Free). Click submit.

STEP 5 – Whether you chose a price for your plan or marked it as free, the BodySite system will automatically generate a public-facing plan URL for the plan in question. You can put this link anywhere: Facebook, LinkedIn, your website, instagram, email, text message. However you want to get it to your patients/clients, you can. It is completely public and can be used according to your discretion!

NOTE – If you intend to mark all of your plans for free and want to send your patients the whole list of available, use the master link pictured below.

This link is found under the “Plans” page right on the “My Plans” tab. It is auto-generated when you mark TWO or more plans for sale (for free or for a price). If you plan to mark some plans for free and some plans for sale, you can also send them that link. BUT if you plan to mark a plan for free and another version of the same plan for sale (because you want to send a free version or for sale version to your patients/clients based on membership), use the link for the specific plan, pictured above (found under the Settings of the plan). Don’t send them the link type pictured below because it will have both the for sale and for free versions. This way, your patient is getting the link for the exact version of the plan you intended.
