Five new self-paced lesson plans, in one place

A guided tour through the new plans in our new collection — who it’s for, what’s inside, and how practitioners are putting them to work this week. Plus 100 more.

A few months ago we started rebuilding our most-used patient education content into a new shape: self-paced lesson plans. The argument was simple. Some patient populations don’t want a daily drip. They want a library they can open when they’re ready — not a curriculum they have to keep up with.

Today there are five plans live in the collection. Three landed this week — Men’s Hormones, Lyme Disease, and Toxic Mold — joining the GLP-1 and Female Hormones plans we shipped earlier this season. Below, the full tour.

✨ New · Plan #3

Learning About Hormones — For Men

For the guys showing up with fatigue, brain fog, low libido, stubborn weight — and a vague sense that something is off.

6
Modules
28
Lessons
~5 min
Per lesson

“Built so they can read it on their phone between meetings — because that’s where they actually are.”

What’s covered across the 6 modules

  1. Hormone Foundations for Men — the endocrine network in plain English: testosterone, estradiol, DHEA, cortisol, thyroid, and how they actually talk to each other.
  2. Why Men Feel “Off” — the patterns behind fatigue, brain fog, low libido, weight gain, and irritability. What’s hormones, what’s lifestyle, what’s both.
  3. The Pillars of Optimization — strength training, sleep architecture, stress regulation, and the nutrition pieces that quietly drag T levels down.
  4. TRT, Peptides & Optimization Protocols — what’s actually involved, who it’s appropriate for, what to expect, and what the labs need to show.
  5. Metabolic Health & Testosterone — insulin, body composition, visceral fat, and the silent drivers of declining T.
  6. Functional Testing & Personalized Plans — total vs. free T, SHBG, the full thyroid panel, endocrine disruptors, and how to read the picture together.
Who this plan is for

Men 30+ exploring or actively on TRT or peptide therapy. Patients with symptoms that suggest low T but aren’t yet on protocol. The guy who suspects something’s off but doesn’t know where to start.

✨ New · Plan #4

Lyme Disease Education

For the patients who arrive exhausted from explaining their own illness. This plan does the explaining — so you don’t have to.

“It’s the plan we’d want our own family member to have if they were in the middle of this.”

What’s covered across the 6 modules

  1. Understanding Lyme — biology, transmission, the diagnostic landscape, and why testing is so much messier than patients are told.
  2. Beyond the Tick Bite — co-infections (Babesia, Bartonella, Ehrlichia), persistent symptoms, immune dysregulation, and the chronic Lyme picture.
  3. Treatment Realities — antibiotic protocols, herbal medicine, biofilm strategies, and why this almost always takes longer than anyone wants.
  4. Detox & Mitochondrial Support — drainage pathways, binders, the role of mitochondrial repair, and why energy comes back slowly.
  5. Herx Reactions & Pacing — recognizing flares, the role of the nervous system, and how to keep moving forward without crashing.
  6. Living Well Through Recovery — the mental health load, relationships and work, building back capacity, and what “better” actually looks like.
Why this plan exists

Lyme patients arrive in your office already an expert in their own illness — because they’ve had to be. They’ve read the forums, run the tests, tried the protocols. What they don’t have is a single source that ties it all together. This is that source. A place to send them when the questions come in at 11pm — and they will.

✨ New · Plan #5

Toxic Mold Education

For patients with suspected mold exposure or CIRS — the ones whose symptoms don’t map cleanly to any one organ system, and whose doctors keep telling them their labs “look normal.”

“The patient education piece you’ve been writing from scratch every time? It’s now a template.”

What’s covered across the 6 modules

  1. How Mold Makes People Sick — mycotoxins, the inflammatory cascade, CIRS, and why the symptom list is so long and so varied.
  2. Finding the Source — ERMI vs. HERTSMI, environmental testing, what to do first, and the “is it the house?” conversation.
  3. Remediation Done Right — DIY vs. professional, what actually works, and how to avoid common mistakes that prolong exposure.
  4. The Detox Phase — binders, drainage pathways, nervous system regulation, and why “go slow” is the most important piece of advice.
  5. Susceptibility & Why Some Get Sicker — HLA-DR genetics, mast cell activation, methylation, and the nervous system load that keeps people stuck.
  6. Recovery & Rebuilding — realistic timelines, nutrition, mental health, and what it looks like to start trusting your body again.
The arc patients walk through

Source → symptoms → remediation → detox → recovery. Every module is built to answer the next question they’re about to ask — in the order they’ll ask it.

Already live · Plan #2

Learning About Hormones — For Women

A complete women’s hormone library — from foundational science through functional testing — built for the patient who has new questions at 35, 45, and 55.

6
Modules
31
Lessons
35-55
Years it covers

“The reference she returns to as her body changes — not a curriculum she finishes once and forgets.”

What’s covered across the 6 modules

  1. Hormone Foundations — what hormones are, how they work as a network, and what dysfunction actually looks like.
  2. Metabolism & Energy Hormones — insulin, cortisol, leptin, thyroid, and the energy systems they drive.
  3. Female Hormones in Depth — estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, ratios, and the menstrual cycle as a vital sign.
  4. Hormone Imbalance Patterns — estrogen dominance, low progesterone, PCOS, thyroid dysfunction, perimenopause and menopause.
  5. Lifestyle Medicine for Hormone Optimization — nutrition, blood sugar, exercise, sleep, and stress regulation.
  6. Functional Testing & Personalized Plans — lab interpretation, the gut-hormone axis, endocrine disruptors, and building a personalized plan.

Already live · Plan #1

GLP-1 Success & Support System

For patients starting or already on a GLP-1 — semaglutide, tirzepatide, and the rest. The lifestyle scaffolding around the prescription that determines whether the results stick.

“The medication does part of the work. This plan handles the rest.”

What’s covered across the 5 modules

  1. Understanding GLP-1s — what they are, how they work, what the science actually says, and what to expect in the first month.
  2. The First 90 Days — side effects that pass vs. ones to flag, dosing rhythm, hydration, and the small habits that prevent the most common setbacks.
  3. Eating Well When Appetite Drops — protein targets, nutrient density, fiber, and the meal patterns that actually work when you’re not hungry.
  4. Protecting Muscle, Energy & Bone — strength training, walking, sleep, and why protecting muscle mass is the most important thing patients aren’t talking about.
  5. The Long Game — what happens when you taper or stop, building habits that outlast the prescription, and weight regain prevention.

The pattern, if you’ve noticed it

Five plans. One thesis.

Look at the five together and the pattern is hard to miss. These are the patient populations that need the most education and get the least of your clock. They show up with a stack of questions a 15-minute visit can’t hold. They go home and Google. They come back next month with worse information than they left with.

The whole point of these plans is to give that education back — without giving back your evenings. Clone, brand, assign in under a minute. The patient gets a library they can return to. You get your evening back.

What’s next on the roadmap

Five down, more on the way

We’re continuing to convert our most-used drip-sequence templates into self-paced lesson plans wherever the format fits the patient better. Next up:

  • 🌗 Sleep Hygiene — foundational education patients can revisit anytime.
  • 🧠 Cognitive Health — brain fog, memory, and the metabolic + lifestyle pieces that protect long-term cognition.
  • 🍃 Gut Restoration — SIBO, IBS, and the slow work of restoring a resilient gut.
  • ❤️ Cardiometabolic Reset — for the patients sitting between “a little high” and a real diagnosis.
