Because of high demand, we have been handling onboarding in the order of enrollment and completion of our terms of service. 

1 – Watch for an email for important information about your the onboarding process. 

2 – Note that we will not bill you for your next payment for ePrescribe until 30 days after your go live date. 

3 – If you provided your NPI number, medical license number / state and DEA number (if applicable), we’ll be ready to set up your onboarding as soon as we have your signature on our ePrescribing Terms of Service.

4.   We’ve just sent you an email with a link to the terms of service.  You’ll already be familiar with most of this. Click on the link to sign that and that will kick off the onboarding process.

5 – When we go live, you’ll be sent a link to the identity proofing process (a lot like a credit check, run by Experian in part) that typically takes under 20 minutes.   We’ll do this together with you during the onboarding process to save you time.
